Before
I say thank you very much for receipt of an employee in the company of my
mother. If I were given the chance to choose the work placement abroad, I would
like to be placed in the position of Switzerland with Back Office. The reason I
chose Swiss state because i dream to go kenegara is always present in my heart
and soul since elementary school. I want to feel the working atmosphere in
order to compete internationally, and has a broader thinking in making
decisions. Insights and challenges of a new life in living this life. The new
experience of the environment will be obtained. Where the swiss community work
more quickly, sometimes difficult to understand why we are working with the
tempo which they are so slow. Experience to live not just far from home but far
from Indonesia. A distance of thousands of kilometers only be reached by air.
We do not make it easy to return. Survive, must survive on its own.
My statement above is my desire to
work in the country. While the position of the back office which I choose
because this is my new challenge in the world of work, plus my experience of
working abroad. Makes me have to adjust to the work environment. I want to give
all the capabilities and knowledge that I have in the world of banking. Because
I do not want to disappoint companies that have received me with the ability
unfavorable. If asked how much salary I wanted, I wanted a salary according to
the standard of the country. With facilities already provided, namely shelter,
health insurance, and overtime pay. As well as if the policy of the company to
be allowed to return to Indonesia once a year. Once again I thank you for the
opportunity to give this mother. Because this is a great opportunity that does
not come twice. I will try to provide the best for the company.
